Hi there-

First off, thanks again for all the great support from your team. It's always top-notch!

1) So the issue I'm having is on a domain that's not supported since I'm only allowed one supported domain. I totally understand I need to upgrade my license to receive support on a different domain, which I can totally do. However, when trying to upgrade - I'm getting the screen attached below.

2) The issue is with the domain listed on the Additional Message/ Info below. After asking a question or replying to a thread, the site goes to a white screen and nothing is shown (however the post is posted upon refresh). Steps to reproduce are in the Additional Message section.

I did try upgrading EasyDiscuss on a test server to see if that would fix the issue, however it crashed the site, so please refrain from any auto-upgrades.

You can try to changed your domain now.

Currently we cant replicate this issues in our local. We will continue do support once you have change your domain to Yamahadtx. And it seems that your given backend and FTP access is invalid. Please advice.

1) We are not looking to change our domain name (and it is not letting me change it). I'm looking to upgrade our license so we can have 5 supported domains.

2) For some reason, the password was concatenated in the Additional Message section. Anyways, I've updated both Joomla and FTP passwords to be the concatenated version of the password.

Could you try this link for your upgrades: http://sites.fastspring.com/stackideas/product/easydiscuss-upgrade-pro-unlimited and once you have completed your payment, kindly provide us with your order reference so we can manually change your plan. Please do take note that upgrading will not extend your subscription period.

Hi Warith-

I think I'm a bit confused. My subscription ends at in September, so it's more expensive to upgrade vs. get a fresh account.

This issue is extremely pressing and we need to get it resolved. Please let me know the quickest/ easiest way to proceed. Is there a way to upgrade to the plan that has 5 domains supported, and extend the subscription plan?

Unfortunately, currently we don't have the plan to upgrade the plan and extending the current subscription plan .

However, i will check this one for you until it is resolve. When i tried to post a question at your site, it seem that the page still load as you can see as shown http://screencast.com/t/wwV8wvSdeBen and redirects to blank page.
Can i know if you have installed a new extension or plugin in your site recently? If yes, can i know which extension or plugin and attached some screenshot or give us links for further view of this issues?

Thank you again for your response. I did just upgrade to the Developer Plan, but I do appreciate your offer to look into the issue regardless. :-)

Yes - the issue is exactly what you put in your screencast. There hasn't been anything new added to the site, however we're also getting a similar issue when trying to create a new user in the backend (just goes to a blank page). The forum issue may be separate, but not sure.

Any thoughts?

Fatal error: Class 'JMail' not found in /home/yamahadtx/public_html/libraries/joomla/factory.php on line 671

It seem that you are hitting this error. I have add mail.php at ../libraries/joomla/mail and seems to work fine. Please give it a try and see how it goes.
