What is the difference between Renewals and Upgrades?
Renewal extends your support license for 12 months (except for EasySocial which is for 6 months). Upgrades will upgrade your plan from Community/Starter to Professional and/or Unlimited. Upgrading will not extend your support license; hence we highly suggest for our users to renew before they upgrade their license.
