Zemanta Not Functioning

Hello,

I sent you an email informing you that there was a problem with Zemanta, that I could not add images from it, and you sent me back an email saying that it is functioning well both in the front-end and back-end.

Please it is not functioning at all. And I have tried it out on all my browsers (Chrome, firefox and opera), and also asked my web master to check it out, and he has observed the same problems.

When you add an article in EasyBlog, and go to zemanta to select a suitable image, and as soon as the cursor hovers over the picture, You are directed to a completely blank page. And unable to add the image.

Please do not close this support until the issue is resolved.

Hello,

I have tried this and I cannot reproduce this error on your site. Anyway I have tried disabling some plugins which I suspect could be causing this (But I am debugging this blindly because I cannot reproduce this error).

Also, I am not too sure what is your point of posting this in the forums since we have already replied you on your email. Please continue the discussion in the ticket rather than posting it on several locations as this will only slow down your support requests.

Hello,

I have just checked the blog, and I still cannot add images or links. This time when I click on the images from Zemanta, the blog page is not redirected to a blank screen, however the images clicked on, do not show in the articles.

Hm, this is really odd because I cannot reproduce this issue. Which browser are you using?

Sorry for the mix-up with the forum. I use Opera, but I´ve tried using Zemanta in Opera, and still experiencing the same problem.

Hello Mark,


I tried with firefox and Chrome and it is working well, but chrome is still a problem. I am no longer directed to a blank white screen, only the images or links are not showing.
