Hello.
How to realize the possibility of adding video to youtube?
Or the ability to upload video directly.

Maybe need some plugins?

Yes, currently you can copy your Youtube link and paste in Easysocial story panel, then it will generate a youtube video stream.

Unfortunately that was not possible to upload your own video in Easysocial yet.

But you can download this Mijovideo plugin from http://stackideas.com/apps/item/1279-mijovideos so you should have ability to upload your own video and share in Easysocial.
