About ParaInvite that i just purchased from your App Directory.

I am getting an error message: 1146 Table 'sashtiar_giweek.sfxcn_parainvite_config' doesn't exist SQL=SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM `sfxcn_parainvite_config`

It broke my website, i had to re-install joomla!

I try contacted the Author for this Extension but for several days now they have not responded.

You should not put these Apps on your Website if the Authors will not provide support for their product. Please contact the Author for me, and ask them to attend to my issue Please. I have already open multiple tickets. I am very disappointed with their level of support which is none.

I guess this is probably their app not running the SQL queries. Have you tried contacting the author yet? Mike is a pretty nice guy and I think we do have a skype group chat with him. I will forward this post to him.

Sorry for the delay in support. I was in reservist the past 2 weeks and hadn't had much chance to access the internet (difficult in the middle of the jungles!). I will start resolving the tickets ASAP.

By the way, he told me that you should be able to reach him at http://www.simbunch.com/support/support-ticket . He was not around the past week but if you contact him, he'll be able to look into this
