you lost your username?

My limbs have problems.
When typing on have you lost your password? or have you lost your username?
We send an email with a key. But that key does not work, they can not enter

It looks like the reset password form is generating a link to https://www.policiasnacionales.es/2014-08-29-18-15-11/red-social/cuenta/Confirmar%20Restablecer.html and since you have set the "red-social" menu to be for registered users, they wont be able to access the confirm forget password page.

Is there a possibility of setting the red-social menu as public?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Looks like this is actually a bug with the Wanderers template. I have fixed this for your site and it should work fine now.
