May i know this domain site which you installed is it associated with your current license domain as what you set from your account?

If no, try download full installer from https://stackideas.com/dashboard (screenshot : http://take.ms/qs9oJ ) then upload through your backend installer page and proceed that installation again.

Hm, this is odd. Perhaps the server wasn't able to make an outgoing connection to detect the version. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to look into this?
