Hello;

i get this message every time i connect to the website !
easysocial dashboard is set as main page of the website.
Hi Jan!,

Regarding your issue, it was caused by the menu item access from your EasySocial login menu item that you've created in your hidden menu. To fix your issue, I've reconfigure the access to public and now when i login to your site, i no longer get that error message.

Hope this help.

@Cathy,

Can you create another thread and provide us your site access details so that we can check on your issue?
Please advise.
Sam

This has been happening on my site, and it turns out at least on my site that its caused by the site logging out the user as they are logging in, its very random has only happened a few times so didn't consider it a problem that needed to be reported

This is just dragging the support and we will never be able to check this issue because our ip address keeps changing. This is the current ip address, 210.195.143.179

If we are unable to connect again this time, please consider to remove such restrictions temporarily so that we can troubleshoot this, otherwise it's impossible that we can assist you with this.

For most of the people on my site that reported it, it was extremely random another user spent about two days with it happening to her most times she tried to log on, I was and still am assuming its a Joomla problem as it only started after the last upgrade to Joomla! 3.4.4 which is why I've never reported it as a problem here, I do know that tweaking the Joomla caching settings does improve things.
