XYZ updated profile pic appears on Activity Stream BEFORE Account is approved!

It's not causing me any major problems but just reporting this 'issue'....

I noticed a 'XYZ updated their profile pic' entry on my activity stream with their profile pic showing BEFORE I had even approved their account as Super Admin. Obviously that shouldn't happen.

This was a registration someone made through Facebook... maybe it doesn't happen for non-Facebook registrations (it's certainly the first time I've seen it)

Sorry for the late reply. I've fixed it for you. Seems like we have missed the checking of the user state. This will be included in the next release.

A connected but slightly different issue I think... I just got about 10 steam entries (same person) saying "Guest just updated their Profile Pic".

This was a user who around that same time, joined via Facebook.

I've deleted all the duplicate ones but left one (URL provided in site details with this post) so you can see that the system shows a 'Guest' having updated their profile pic!
