Hi,

It seems like you are using Joomla 3.2.0. There is a bug with the password generation in Joomla 3.2.0 itself. You can either:

1. Go to backend -> Extensions -> Plugin Manager -> User - Joomla! -> Ensure that strong password is set to Yes and make sure that you click the save button

Take note that this is a bug in Joomla 3.2.0 and not an issue with EasySocial.

OR

2. Update to Joomla 3.2.1
