I have applied a fix for you at the following files:
JoomlaFolder/administrator/components/com_easysocial/includes/template/helpers/html.php
JoomlaFolder/components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/helpers/html/steps.php

Can you help us check again whether the tooltip is showing correctly? You can also check new group/page/event creation and see if the tooltips there are correct also.
