By the way, can you point us on how exactly to replicate this? We need to know how exactly it behaviour. It is those image uploaded on the stream or on the group/page/events? Would be best if you can provide us with more details so that we can understand them better.

I tried them and it seems to send correct notifications as you can see here https://screencast.com/t/Mx4YrBGvBr. What i do is to share an image and comment on it.

Can you provide us with access to that particular users(that having this problems) so that we can further check on this issues?

It seemed to affect one image I posted as was fine for you, I've had image comment notifications fine today.
Ill close for now and if it happens again ill video it.
