Hello,

As soon as author created a Scheduled Posting by specifying future publishing date, the author receives the following email:

"The post that you have submitted earlier was approved by the site moderator"

This is strange..
Our authors do not require modification and the post is not yet published.

Maybe this is a bug?

Hello Hideto,

Good catch, this will be fixed in the next release. We will be pushing another release, 5.0.10 tomorrow

Hello Mark,

Thanks, I've confirmed that it's fixed in 5.1.10.

However, there is another issue in regard to the notification when scheduled posting is published.
The notification email on new posts should include the "published date".
But now it shows the "created date" instead, when scheduled posting is published.

Hm, not too sure what do you mean because I have tested this locally and it seems to be picking up the publishing date . Do you mean you want to use the creation date?

Hello Mark, thanks for testing locally.
I mean, I want to see the publishing date, but below is what I get during a few tests.

For example:
- Created a post on 07/26
- Scheduled to publish on 07/27 05:00am
- Received a notification email on 07/27 05:10am
- The post date in the email shows "07/26" (alghouth it should be 07/27 instead.)

I checked that there is no override files for emails.
(v5.1.10)

It's strange if it's working as expected on your end...
I'll do a few more tests.

Hello,

From your screenshot, now I understand that there is misunderstanding between us.
I'm talking about the the notification "when scheduled posting is published". (Not when post is created.)

Will you please check the notification on new post when the scheduled post is actually published?

Thanks,
rikao

Hello again,

I've tested again by creating a scheduled post yesterday to be published today.
Then I received the proper notification today showing the published date correctly.

I'm not sure what was wrong before, but confirmed that currently it seems to be working fine.
So, sorry about this and thank you for taking your time.

Thanks,
rikao
