Hi
unfortunately I broken something by mistake :-/
On Settings / Videos I turned on "Enable Video Uploads" but i didn't notice my Path to FFMpeg is wrong. One of my users loaded the video but, video was not save in the website. After that my videos section in admin site is not available(https://ja-konstruuje.pl/administrator/index.php?option=com_easysocial&view=videos). When i click in "videos" I have
'This page isn’t working
ja-konstruuje.pl is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500'

1. How to fix it?
2. if there is another way to be able to load video, my server does not have FFMpeg ...
Thank for help
Hi Michal,

Kindly find my response for your inquiries below:
1. How to fix it?

I suspect this is known issue from the previous version, to make sure and further troubleshoot this. It is possible to provide us with your backend, FTP and phpMyAdmin access, so that I can further check on this?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

2. if there is another way to be able to load video, my server does not have FFMpeg ...

It is not possible if you do not have FFMpeg installed in your server

Hi Michal,

Kindly find my response for your inquiries below:
1. I added the admin data

Thanks, but you forgot to provide us with your phpMyAdmin
Seems like you're using older version of EasySocial where this issue has been fixed in the latest version. It is possible for you to update to the latest version?

p/s: as you undergo update it will effect your core file, you're suggested to backup your customization if any

If you cannot provide us with your phpMyAdmin, perhaps, can you check in the #__social_videos table is there any data that where the user_id = 0? If there is data with that. Can you delete the data.

2. if you disable the options "Encode Videos After Upload' then I still needs FFMpeg?

Basically for video uploads functionality will only working if you've installed FFMpeg in your server. Otherwise, the video uploads will not working
