And working fine with users videos.

I just checked on your site again. The 4096mb comes from the group's category video setting. http://take.ms/2Qykn

And there are showing correctly for the group video as shown in the screenshots:

Also, the 300mb comes from the User Profile Type's Maximum File Size For Video Uploads setting as shown on your Screenshot_6.jpg as this is a user video.
