Wouldn't it be nice to be able to Move Album from one Group to Another?

What do you guys think about the ability to move Album from one Group to Another Group? Enabled for Site Admin and Group Owner/Admin, but for Group Owner/Admin they have to have the same rights in both Group where they are moving Albums.

Is this doable?
