Would like to move the Tags and remove 'Already Registered?' in Comments

I would like to move the tags to under the 'Read more' button on the Posts (Front page) view, and also remove the 'Already Registered?' link from the Guest Comments section.

Can you please tell me which template files I need to override?

Hello Nik,

Are you sure this is the file I need for the editing the Tag position as they are displayed on the Posts(Front Page) Menu Item?

I can't see a reference to the 'Continue Reading' button.

I am new to EasyBlog and I am trying to figure out where all the files are, I am sorry if I am missing something obvious.
