Hello I have been trying to setup a custom workflow for an event, but when delete certain fields like the photo, video and few that I just don't need I get this error:

Error Saving Form
All mandatory fields are required. Please check and make sure that all mandatory fields has been added to the profile.

You will hit them as those are mandatory, which meant it is required for that workflow and you cannot remove them currently. In order for you to hide them, you can hide them here http://take.ms/zWi1j or configure them accordingly here http://take.ms/wSB62.

I see "File not found" when trying to view these screenshots. Would love to know the solution here, specifically how to hide them, rather than remove them if they are mandatory. Thanks.

I figured it out. It was in the "Visibility" tab where you can hide the field during creation, etc...
