The days checkboxes get automatically unchecked at some point. Not sure yet as they seem to save successfully , but on regular basis (daily) they get unchecked somehow. Not sure if it's related to a cron job. But this is quite weird.
ANy idea what could cause this?
Thank you.
Hey Sylvain,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. Are there any specific ways for us to replicate this?

Hello Mark,

No worries for the delay.
Not sure how to replicate this.
We check the days checkboxes from monday to friday (both included). This setting will keep unchanged for, let's say 2 or 3 days, and get unchecked (all days selection).

Most if not all other settings seem to be unchanged.
It seems to be a reset, from a script or cron...

Find attached a screenshot of our Work Schedule settings.
Thank you for your help.

Hi Sylvain,

This quite strange as we do not have any cron script to change the work schedule.
Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Thank you Fadhli,

I just edited the 1st post to provide you with a super user account.
You can have a look at the component settings eventually.
The last time I checked, the work schedule days setting was preserved correctly. I can guess that again in few days it will be reset.
Let me know if you find a clue.

Hi Sylvain,

Thanks for your cooperation, I'm still wondering how this could happened as you suspect that it could be caused of the cron script,
I've also tried to run manually cron script and observed the work schedule day setting (checkbox) seems the setting still preserved.

Perhaps we need to observed this in a few days as you mention above, so that we need to have this access working in few days so that we can observe this issue happened.

By the way, may I know apart from you, do you any chance give the backend access to other users?

Hello,

The issue is not been replicated for at least the last 7 days. I still don't know what was happening these times but I consider it "solved" as not happening anymore.
