Hi,

Please refer to 'https://stackideas.com/forums/wrong-format-in-comment-thread'.

After I used the workaround you provided, to add 'word-break: break-all' to the CSS, I found another issue.
The word is wrapping. Please advise.

Thanks,
Song
Hey there,

Can you please edit your first post at the top and include the following access please?

- Site Admin access (Please ensure that the user has super admin access)

- FTP access (We need this because if we use a file manager in Joomla, there are times where we have a typo and this might eventually break your entire back end and front end for instance if we are editing a system plugin). There is no way to save the site unless we have the ftp access.

Hi there,

Not sure what you meant here. Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

Please advice.

Hi Warith,

I have updated my backend and user id, please verify. I can't provide you the FTP but I can provide the files you need to you.

Thanks,
Song

Hi there,

Seems like you have added this css http://take.ms/RityQ on your template and causing that issues and it is not related to my previous fixes(on previous ticket. I have changed and it should works fine now.

Please give it a check and see how it goes.

Hi Warith,

On previous ticket, I just mentioned the long URL issue in the comment thread, but after that I found that it also happened in the reply part. So I added that css.
Please tell us if there is another way to save the reply part issue.

Also, you mentioned that you just changed the code. It still can't work. Please check.

Hi there,

It seems to shown correctly on my end. Have you tried to clear your browser cache and your site cache? This css http://take.ms/sRy51K should be applied on your site.

I found that the wrapping issue still happened in the comment thread. It is ok in the reply part.

Hi there,

Seems like given css previously not works as it should. Re-applied them. Please give it a check and see how it goes.
