Hi,

1) PayPlan with PayPal not work correctly when PayPal apply tax, transaction stays in hold
2) because that, I setted Apps in PayPlan to add tax (for the moment for Canada only), the calcul work well except
3) PayPal continu to apply tax. So How indicate to paypal not apply tax (or indicate to used PayPlan tax amout).
Note : I would like to keep seting in paypal for tax for direct billing in paypal.

thanks
Hey Annie,

I've tried to access your site backend , but it seems it's restricted, i got 403 forbidden error.

If tax applied on paypal end, means once user redirect to paypal site for further payment. When tax apply on paypal end , then payable amount got differed as per expected on payplans (as per plan price), so this transaction will not be paid in payplans.
I would like to suggest you to manage tax on PayPlans end rather then paypal end.

Let me know your thoughts on this.

Thank you for understanding !

Hi,

Sorry for the access. I fixed that.

I understand what your said about tax management. but in the past with AEC, it seems some parameter exist to override calcul of tax by paypal. With that, we can keep config of tax into paypal and manage it into PayPlan.

Hey Annie,

I've checked this and found that currently it's not possible to manage tax at paypal end itself.
As explained the reason here. https://stackideas.com/forums/with-paypal-add-parameter-to-not-apply-tax#reply-454872

It will require significant changes in core which might affect other functionality also.
So i would like to suggest you to manage tax in payplans rather then paypal.

Let me know your thoughts on this.

Thank you for understanding !
