Window not opening correctly

When I try to delete a comment on a discussion or I choose subsricbe by e-mail, the window does not open correctly. See image for what it looks like.

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

I've tried to view that link you provided, but it seems like it can't "Unable to embed this content type." then I tried to download, the files format is image not showing.trec , may i know how to play these few media file?

Perhaps you can download the Jing software from this page https://www.techsmith.com/jing.html then record a video then provide us a link so we can better have a look.
