Will EB 4.0 be backward compatible?

Hi,
Developing a new site I want to use EB4.0 as soon as possible. However, it's hard to wait.
I want to start now with EB3.9. However, when EB 4.0 is released, do I got any upgrading problems?
Will I have to do a conversion or other side adjustments, or is 4.0 totally backward compatible?

Hello TWvU,

You can start with 3.9 without any problem when upgrading in the future. If there is any, we are here to help. But I'm pretty sure there won't be any issue when upgrading to 4.0 since most of our users using EB 3.9 currently.
