I am building a website for a new project in January and will be using EasyBlog.

If I install the current version of EasyBlog will there be a normal auto update to EasyBlog5 or will it require a fresh install due to the many new features and code changes?

I can wait for EB5 (schedule it to the end of the project) if it is a better route to take instead of updating from the current version so it is not an issue, more of a request for clarification.
Hi Richard,

Thanks for your interest in EasyBlog5. EasyBlog5 is still under development as we speak and I believe our developers are trying hard as they can to meet the deadlines. As per your inquiry, EasyBlog5 can be upgraded from the EasyBlog 3.9.x and it doesn't need a fresh install.

If you have anymore question, please don't hesitate to ask us.
Thanks.
