Hello, I do not understand why I have a white image when I share a post on facebook. I 'm writing as text and more and I put a cover image (see my attached files ) .

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I believe we have already responded to your ticket earlier but in case you missed it, the reason why it's not appearing on Facebook is because the image is throwing a 404 error when it's being accessed.
