In my case it is going up by $17, I thought there was supposed to be a discount upon renewal?

Nothing has gone up. You guys are on the EasySocial Advanced plan which is for early adopters of EasySocial users. The price for the EasySocial Advanced is $169 for 1 year and renewals are priced at $152 .

I believe you guys may have used the coupon code for the initial purchase and this is probably causing you to think that the price went up. The current Professional plan is $99 for 6 months and it's $188 for 1 year which is more expensive than the plans you guys are currently on
