Moving to PayPlans is something that we are looking at next and the reason that we are not on PayPlans yet is simply because our existing billing system has been serving us for almost 10 years now and it would be a hassle to migrate.

PayPlans still relies on Paddle / Fastspring

Its always good to use yourself the products you sell to your customers

Thats make you understand the problem and good funtions of your products compared to your competitors maybe your customers have the same issues " it would be a hassle to migrate."

I try to find a way to use this subscription system too and just have to analyse it more. Though a pity you cant read in the Payplan forum if you not have subscription for it.

Agreed, but unfortunately our downloads system is already tied to our custom billing system for so many years

We do plan to move into PayPlans soon!
