Why can't I see the registered users?

1.Is this a privacy concern? But users with photos shouldn't be hidden
2.How to display all registered users on this community page?
3.Is the user able to choose whether or not to appear in the user list?
Hey there,

The reason that the users of 會員 profile type are not appearing in the users listing page is because the 'Include Site Administrators In Users Listing' setting(https://monosnap.com/file/ovl8eYIyo19hVlXc8wS4QPjVC43MdI) is disabled and 'Allow Moderator Access' setting(https://monosnap.com/file/vzwmXIzzuVG7gTZN8PWOnx7Mv0o4gH) of 會員 profile type is enabled so that is why the users are not appearing in the users listing page.
