Why can't I add category discussions?

What is the reason why categories cannot be added from the background?

I have upgraded .... but I lack of this feature, I can not understand
Hm, I have just checked your site and the add categories seems to be working fine for me on your site as I cannot replicate this. Please take a look at my video here, https://take.ms/AkSDG3

Could it be your browsers cache? Have you tried clearing them?

I have cleared the cache...but this still happens in Gu Ge browser

Looks like there was some changes in Google Chrome. Can you download the attached file and upload it into /administrator/components/com_easydiscuss/themes/default/categories/
