Also, If I understand your question correctly, do you mean why you will see an Uncategorized in "category" and Super User in "Author" only during the first visit at EasyBlog's frontend?

If yes, because after you finish install EasyBlog, the system will create a blog post which is 'You have successfully installed EasyBlog' by using your Super User account and set the category to 'Uncategorized', and publish it into your EasyBlog front page automatically.

Also, so far there is one post which is 'You have successfully installed EasyBlog' and one author which is Super User so that is why you will see an Uncategorized in "category" and Super User in "Author" only.
