Well, your screenshot is showing version: 3.2.9147

Thats the same version i have.....

But my buttons are grey...

Yes, you're right. Maybe you seems that grey button is from this older version 3.1.8872of EasyDiscuss, I believe that all the latest version of Easydiscuss should be same button style with the EasySocial. Hope this help.
