Why am I seeing an "Install Application" message for Photos?

I'm seeing two different post messages from user on our Community wall:

PHOTOS
Photos application allows you to display your photos in the profile area where others would be able to see them.

ALBUMS
This application will display a widget on your profile. It will display a list of recent albums that you have created on the site to your friends and followers.

What are these messages referring to? I'm assuming users are trying to upload photos, but I don't understand why I'm getting these messages.

Are you referring to these two post from the screenshot that I have attached?
If that is what you are referring to, then those stream messages actually mean to inform the community that the user mentioned has installed an application. In those cases mean Photos and Album application.

If you do not wish to display this type of stream where it appears on the community wall when a user installs an application, you can turn off the setting at backend>Applications>search for and click apps. Then, disable the 'Install Application' under Stream (refer screenshot).
