I had that issue,for me, it was an EB plugin ,, If I remember it was the Auto Content Plugin.. just try turning off each EB Plugin and see if that is it.

Dont forget to refresh between each experiment

Hmmm nope that doesn't work - I only had 2 plugins available and I tried unpublishing then removing them - still having the same issue. I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the newer version and that didn't fix the issue either.

That being said

I also had issues with the editors that I had installed,, namely JCE Editor, it had caused some conflicts. after that. I am drawing a blank. You may need the Stack guys to help you then.
