While installing the site produced errors

Hi

We have purchased the component for joomla 1.5 and downloaded from download dashboard. While installing its shows error I found the components section is showing the easyblog, but when click on any item in easyblog admin, it is showing the same error

please find the screenshot here and let me know the fix

Sorry for late reply to this,
It seems like you getting that error message is because your site missing this 3.1 folder JoomlaFolder\media\foundry\3.1
Is it possible provide us with your FTP access so we can move the 3.1 folder over your site? Or you can manually move the 3.1 folder from your installer zip file. Please advise.

Hello Ramakrishnan Rishinarathamangalam,

It seems like you install the latest version of Easyblog in your site just now, actually the latest version of Easyblog is no longer support in Joomla 1.5, unless u upgrade your Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 or 3.x , By the way, I have help you installed the older version of Easyblog which the last version 3.8.14670 support in Joomla 1.5. Everything is okay now, Please have a check.
