It actually really depend on what kind of customer you targeting, perhaps for now you can try setup Paypal payment gateway on your site first and see how your customer response.

If some of the customer unable to register Paypal account for some specific reason, then you can ask this customer which payment gateway is suitable for him then only try setup another payment gateway on your site.
