Where to set the standard navigation to "Forum"

I couldn't find the possibility where to set the standard (home) navigation of Easydiscuss to "Forum" and not e.g. to "Newest". Where do I need to switch this setting...?

Hi there,

You have to create a new menu item for "Forums" in order for you to achieved this as "Newest" is our 'default' and it compulsory as "Newest" are our frontpage, and it is used to navigate Easydiscuss throughout the site.

Maybe you can try our steps below and see how it goes.

1. Create a "hidden menu" by going to Backend>menu as shown https://screencast.com/t/lIxFLowuOK, then set it to hidden as shown https://screencast.com/t/CnwenZcw, and create 'Frontpage Layout' as shown https://screencast.com/t/ruGk4jBYEJJa
2. Go to "Main Menu", create 'Forums Layout' as shown https://screencast.com/t/f9kWuvwt80U
