You can configure from your backend > Module manager > Latest Blog module > Post Parameter > Show category to "NO", hope this help.

Even set to NO in Post Parameter it still shows. For the module we have choosen "Latest posts by Category". So the module picks the title from the component category title.

If yes, you can add the CSS hack in your template css file JoomlaFolder/templates/yoo_moreno/styles/fargfabriken/css/theme.css

.ezcategorytitle {

        display: none;

}

After added it, remember clear your browser cache and Joomla cache before check it. Hope this help.
