I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Currently we doesn't have this restriction for the login section, but you have 2 option to avoid this :

1. Install Age verification app ( https://stackideas.com/apps/item/3414-age-verification )
- So when the public user access your site, they will get this restriction notice.

2. You can set the age restriction during registration section, you can set it from backend > Easysocial > custom fields > workflow > select Jomsocial default workflow > edit birthday field > set the age limit , you can refer on my attached screenshot below.
