I am sorry but I'm not sure what do you mean by Where to find Joomla link for "My Subscriptions". If you wish to hide/remove the my subscription in the dropdown, unfortunately the current system doesn't have setting for that. However, you can tweak the code here: \components\com_easydiscuss\themes\simplistic\toolbar.php .
If this is not the issue, perhaps you can explain more so that we can understand better and able to assist you on this issue.

Ah, sorry we do not have such a menu for this now because the "My Subscriptions" page needs to be initiated with some js codes since it's in a tab of a user's profile.

Could I use a external link instead?
