Where to disable frontend editing

Review of forums and documentation, plus ample trial and error have not been sufficient for me to find out where to remove the frontend editing function? Notice the pencil icon in the upper right of the screen.

Please advise with specific location for disabling this feature for all users?
You can turn off this "Edit Own Blog Entry" setting from backend > Easyblog > ACL > edit the Joomla user group you want to disallow them to edit on the frontend.
