please go to your easysocial backend -> access -> discover and click on "start scan"

after this is done the private messaging rules should be fetched and this should fix your issue. if this doesn't solve it please provide us with access to your site (you can put this to the "site details" tab below your post) and then we'll check this directly at your end.
