Where to change settings for new answers

My users would like to know that always the last unread answers is directly shown - that they do not need to scroll down through the whole discussion...

By default, Easydiscuss displays the latest replies on top which you can change the setting here: http://screen.stackideas.com/2014-11-24_1111.png in Easydiscuss>Settings>Layout .
