can you tell me where to find the file responsible for this view?

i already tried this /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/profile/default/default.php but cant find it

Yep, as this is the hikashop app, it is in the file /media/com_easysocial/apps/user/hikashop/themes/default/story/panel.form.php
