Where is the setting to change maximum photo upload size?

Where is the setting to set the allowed file size for photos in the albums. I believe it used to be in the Profile Types but I have not found it.I think mine is currently around 5 MB but I want to increase it. I have spent quite a bit of time trying to find it and have somehow not found it.

It is in the profile types as you can see here http://take.ms/HkTd6. May i know which profile types are you checking on currently and which users are you changing to?

Thank you Abdul,

That was just the pointer I needed. I had looked just about everywhere and was stuck. I discovered that I had configured the registered users profile type the way I wanted them but the other user profile types were not configured properly.
