I will like to add the above on my side bar as per in the demo site. I cannot locate any module as such. Is there something i am missing?

You actually need to download EasyDiscuss modules and install these two modules on your site. To download EasyDiscuss modules, go to http://stackideas.com/downloads/modules and click on the download link for 'All EasyDiscuss Modules'. Once you've download the zip file, you will need to extract to zip file and install this two modules via your Joomla backend extension manager
