Where is the location file?

In EasySocial group workflow, we are setting up the location filed and one of the option is for Data Source where you can select File, however if we do that there doesn't seem to be any way to actually select which file it is using (or what format the data should be in the file)?
When file is chosen, it would read the locations from /administrator/components/com_easysocial/defaults/countries.json

Okay great thanks. I've since found out that there is a database included that we can use and edit so that solves my issue anyway
