Where is Registration Progress Bar Setting

Where on earth is this setting located?



$this->config->get( 'registrations.steps.progress' )


I cannot find it under Settings > User > Registration

I want to turn off the registration progress by the way.

In ES1.4, there is a setting in the theme settings: http://take.ms/fTw1q8
If this doesn't work, can you provide a screenshot of the progress section in the frontend that you are trying to disable so we can check it out? Thanks.
