I have a blog on http://www.westlandstudiosdublin.com/news and people have the option to subscribe to this..... As far as I know it works ok....
BUT where is the list of people who are subscribed to it?
I cannot find it!
If I go to the Easyblog component then SUBSCRIBERS then there is only one email address there (which I just signed up to as a test).
I am quite sure there were quite a few more. Am I looking at the wrong list? Is there any reason why more aren't visible? Eg perhaps I updated easyblog and lost the list?
Please let me know your thoughts....

OR is there a way to see all the emails which have been sent since I set up the blog?
Many thanks
Hello Kyle,

Sorry for the late reply. The list of subscribers are all in backend -> EasyBlog -> Subscriptions. Here you can filter it through "Site", "Category", Blogger and so on Hope this helps.

Thanks!

Thanks Adelene

That is actually where I looked for them BUT there weren't any there and I'm sure I had more there...
Could an update to either Joomla 2.5.8 to 2.5.14 OR an update of Easyblog itself have cause the list to disappear at all?
AND is there a way to see a history of all emails that were sent out as notifications to "customers" when a new blog post was added?

I'm just trying to figure out whey there isn't anyone in my list anymore!

Cheers, Kyle.

Hello Kyle,

Sorry for the late reply. Hmm that's quite weird. Would you mind send us your backend and FTP to check this out? Please advice.

Thanks!

I just realized that I'm having the same problem. My subscribers list is empty, yet I've had subscribers to both the blog and categories. This thread just died without any kind of resolution posted. Is there an answer to this problem?

I'm not sure what happened, I had several subscribers that seem to be lost, including myself, even though I'm getting the notification emails. I see two of the new recently signed up subscribers, so I tried to resubscribe and now I'm in there. It would appear to be working now, so I'm just going to roll with it and keep an eye on things to see if there are any failures in the future. This site was in testing for several months and just launched the other day, so maybe something got messed up in the launch.

Hello Jim,

Sure, give it a try first and keep us updated. If the issue still there, you can provide us your backend and FTP access so we can have a better look on your issue here.
