Where is displayed the front moderation tool?

Hi there

I've installed 2.1 ES and love it. But i thought on the dashboard site, admins were able to access the moderation tool under settings. Yet isn't displayed on our site. Do i have to enable something? Also where do users ask for verification?

If you are a site admin, you will be able to see it under the dropdown menu, http://take.ms/cJ0t7Y . Likewise, for users to request for verification, it is on the toolbar, http://take.ms/gNPfho
