You need to configure them in the Group Category Access as it's most likely that the group doesn't have access to file sharing and photos. Also, I would really appreciate that you post beta related issues on http://stackideas.com/issues/ rather than posting here in the forums

Robert is right. Unless of course the Stacked team prefers beta questions to go in Issues as well. I can go either way.

While we are on the topic of the issues section, could the stacked team add a category for the ES 1.2 beta? Every time I post an issue I have to explicitly say that the issue is for ES 1.2 beta.

You can just ignore that "category" for now as we don't really use that "category" yet . It isn't linked to our milestone yet
